On the morning of 31st August, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Department of the west campus convened the working conference for all the head teachers in the new semester of the 2018-2019 academic year. The Teaching Affair Office conducted detailed arrangements and requirements in terms of class management, safety and moral education for the entire academic year. Other than that, the Junior High Division proceeded specific arrangement and plans for the school work in the new term, online evaluation of students’ development, appearance inspection as well as the entrance education for the new students in Grade 10.
In the meantime, Principal Assistant Ling Qian fully affirmed the head teachers’ working competence and management capability at the meeting and required  them to positively face the students with a more diligent attitude, more effective work and more profound humanistic care.
Furthermore, Principal Xu Xuchang summarized the conference, emphasizing that head teachers’ work was to implement ‘love and responsibility’, pay attention to safety and quality, properly handle the relationship with parents, students, colleagues and school in addition to living up to the high expectation from society, parents and Anqing Foreign Language School.
Overall, this working conference enabled all the head teachers to make clear the tasks and requirements of the new semester, which laid a solid foundation for the better promotion of head teachers’ education management.
